This client restructured one of their training programmes in 2022, and I designed and built the learning modules and assessments, as well as designing the look of the related global public database and creating a marketing video for the programme.

There was a requirement from the client to visualise the process of how a new eProctoring product would work, so I developed the design of the pre-exam setup process and also the report that assessors would receive about the candidate exams.

Full programme redesign

I designed a distinct and identifyable look while adhereing to the client's brand guidelines to create a unique style. This allowed the programme to stand out within the client's library of programmes. The elearning and assessments are fully accessible on both mobile and desktop devices. The elearning and assessments were created in Adapt (mocks created in Adobe Illustrator), the database mocks were created using Adobe XD and the video was created using Adobe After Effects.

eProctoring design

I designed the process of the pre-exam setup checks a candidate must do before sitting an online assessment. I also designed the end-of-session report given to assessors to mark the candidates exam. Creating a clear and straightforward process that could be understood by both candidates and assessors was extremely important. The mocks were created using Adobe XD.

LMS redesign

I designed different parts of the LMS competency process, such as the main manager dashboard, individual employee competency overview and viewing specifics of tasks and evidence attached to competencies. Managers can have dozens of employees within multiple teams, all with varying competencies, so ensuring the design was easy-to-use and streamlined the busier parts of the system was very important. The mocks were created using Adobe XD.
